I'll never forget the magic of my first massage and wishing I could feel that relaxed and comfortable in my body every day.
I think of touch as a language, a whispered reminder of how good it feels to simply breathe, be present, and to let go. To me, massage is not just about easing aching muscles, but guiding the mind deeply inward and reconnecting with the self.
That’s why I love to provide extended treatment times and blend different techniques in my signature style, so you can truly let go and soak up the benefits of real, uninterrupted relaxation, even after your session has ended.
I am an ITEC certified massage therapist with a Level 3 Diploma in Massage, Anatomy and Physiology. I am DBS checked and a full member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists.
I provide mobile massages out of South Ockendon (RM15) covering the London Borough of Havering and South Essex. I am currently available Thursday–Sunday.

Here's what to expect
Consultation,
treatment
& stillness.
We'll have a short consultation to plan your treatment so that it meets your needs and preferences. You can opt for a targeted massage, a full body routine, or something in between.
Your treatment time will range between 45 minutes and 2 hours, as per your booking. That's the time you'll spend on the table – not including consultation and set up – so your body gets the hands-on attention you've paid for.
My signature style blends traditional Swedish and Deep Tissue techniques. I work intuitively, listening to your body, stopping to spend more time where it's needed and flowing from one area to the next.
At the end, I will give you a few minutes of stillness to sink even deeper into the relaxation and enjoy the immediate effects.
